In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise within 14 days of receiving his order.
The exchange and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The Return procedure is as follows :
RETURN FORM: Fill out the Return Form directly here and print the email you will recieve with the Return Form.
PREPARE and SHIP YOUR PACKAGE: Insert the Return Form in the package, specifying the products returned. The returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. They must not have been used. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded. Be sure to keep proof of return (tracking number of courier service).

REFUND:Upon receipt of the item we will proceed with the refund via the means of payment used during the order. In the case of a gift, we can generate a credit note.

If you wish to make an exchange (subject to stock availability), please contact us at Customer service to specify the details of the exchange: name, order number and the product for which you wish to make an exchange.
The cost of the returned item is the responsibility of the Customer and Alinette will send the new item at our own expense.
