2. Products and prices

All prices are displayed in RON and include VAT. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

After you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract of sale is concluded when we send you the shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion — including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, orders containing billing errors, or orders for products listed with an incorrect price or description. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or phone number provided when the order was made.

4. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Romanian GEO 34/2014 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83), consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. See our Return Policy for details.

7. Legal warranty of conformity

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Romanian GEO 140/2021. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, contact us at info@alinette.com and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. Dispute resolution

Consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution mechanism (SAL) provided by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law.
